\nHours required over the track are made up of life\/work\/ministry (LWMT) credits, prerequisites and electives.<\/p>\n

Required Track Courses:<\/strong><\/p>\n

MIN-7124 – Advanced Homiletics<\/strong>
\nUtilizing the tools acquired as a result of the successful completion of this course, the student will be able to read, analyze and critique the sermons of Gospel preachers.\u00a0 The student will become acquainted with the requirements and preparation in methods of effective gospel preaching, as well as the fundamentals of actual sermon delivery.<\/p>\n

MIN-7134\u00a0– Intrinsic Healing II<\/strong>
\nWhen the world makes no sense there are biblical solutions for struggles with depression, anxiety, panic, addictions and guilt. Solutions lie in the development of basic undeveloped tasks that you may have failed to complete when growing up and tasks that bring changes that heal.\u00a0 Offers help in taking on the likeness of the one that created you.<\/p>\n

MIN-7144 – Salvation in the Old Testament
\n<\/strong>A course that explores Old Testament texts that relate to the doctrine of salvation.\u00a0 Hidden within the pages of the Old Testament are the contemporaries of the New Testament salvation.\u00a0 Righteousness, justice, and holiness are major themes of the Old Testament.\u00a0 Paradoxically, God, who is opposed to evil and sin, comes to save those who are sinful, unrighteous, unjust, and unholy.\u00a0 The student will explore the Gospel as it begins to appear in the Old Testament.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

MIN-7154 – Principles of Church Evangelism<\/strong>
\nA course designed to assist students in learning and understanding basic biblical principles and practical procedures for personal and church evangelism.\u00a0 It reaches not only the inside, but also the outside of the church proper.<\/p>\n

MIN-7194 – Supervision of Pastoral Care<\/strong>
\nA course designed to help the pastor or counselor supervise those assigned to pastoral care duties such as lay counseling.\u00a0 Many churches have a staff of pastoral care personnel.\u00a0 This course will help to guide these lay people in the right direction.<\/p>\n
