The student should comprehend the primary requisites of pastoral leadership; how to get along with people; how to lead people more effectively; and how to organize and manage a staff of volunteer workers, including a strategy for the productive advertising and promotion of the local church and other types of Christian ministries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ED-3433 &#8211; Doctrines of Christian Faith I<\/strong><br \/>\nA presentation of the key doctrines of the Christian faith. Designed as a core text for introductory courses in Christian theology and doctrine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ED-3443 &#8211; History of Evangelism<\/strong><br \/>\nThe text for this course is an interesting and highly readable account of the history of evangelism. This course is a must for pastors, missionaries and especially those with a call for evangelism. It is commonly used in Bible colleges around the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ED-3463 &#8211; Christian Social Ministry<\/strong><br \/>\nToday&#8217;s church has become a social event as well as a spiritual event. Ministers, Christian educators and teachers must prepare themselves to meet the needs of this demanding area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ED-3473 &#8211; Effective Teaching<\/strong><br \/>\nDesigned for adult teachers. Gives instruction on how to recognize poor teaching and provides the steps to successful teaching.
